You agree not to use the platform in any way that could constitute fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity. elotto reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these obligations and to take any action it deems appropriate, including suspension or permanent closure without prior notice. You further agree not to attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit any technical vulnerability on the platform, and acknowledge that any winnings obtained through such means are void and subject to forfeiture.

All financial transactions on the elotto platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP), ensuring a straightforward and transparent experience for Filipino players without any hidden currency conversion charges. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, your account, or your use of the elotto platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes. elotto is committed to resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner, and encourages users to first contact the platform's support team to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause shall limit elotto's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or platform integrity. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and elotto with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
